Jason Hicks

Jason Hicks, MBA, CPCU, CPSM, ARM-E, EA, has over two decades of experience in financial and strategic management roles. Currently serving as Vice President of ERM & Insurance at Members 1st Federal Credit Union since July 2010, Jason has progressed through various leadership positions within the organization, demonstrating expertise in risk management, strategic sourcing, and corporate insurance. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Commodity Manager for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where Jason managed significant enterprise IT contracts, and establishing a successful Liberty Tax Service franchise in Harrisburg. Earlier roles at New World Pasta and Harsco Corporation involved financial reporting and analysis. Jason holds a BSBA in Finance, Economics, and Management Information Systems from Shippensburg University, an MBA in Insurance from The University of Olivet, and additional leadership credentials.
