Matthew Heilman

Matthew Heilman has extensive work experience in the field of technology and infrastructure management. Matthew currently holds the position of Vice President of Infrastructure Engineering at Members 1st Federal Credit Union, where they manage and oversees the organization's technical infrastructure. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Technology (CIO) at Apparel Companies, where they directed technology and infrastructure services to support their digital store front and warehouse. Matthew also served as the Head of Technology at Wirecard, where they provided leadership and management for all areas of technology. Before that, they were the Sr. Director of Engineering at Dorado Systems Inc, where they transformed the organization by growing the team, implementing Agile and DevOps practices, and bringing new products to market. Matthew also held positions at Medecision, Siemens Healthineers, USA Technologies Inc., Accenture, and R D Raab & Company, where they gained valuable experience in project management, system administration, and development.

Matthew Heilman completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Matthew then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at the same institution. Currently, they are studying for a Master's Degree in Computer Science at Vanderbilt University. Matthew also obtained certifications in various fields such as ITIL Foundation, Certified ScrumMaster, Project Management Professional, Managed Healthcare Professional, and Masters Certification in Business Analysis.
