Sean Poff

Sean Poff currently serves as the VP of Member Services and Contact Center Engagement Manager at Members 1st Federal Credit Union since May 2022. Prior to this role, Sean held positions at PSECU from August 2017 to May 2022, including Credit Solutions Manager and Collections Manager III. Sean's earlier experience includes serving as AVP and Branch Manager at Mariner Finance from June 2012 to August 2017. Sean earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from Capital College, Pennsylvania State University, from 2009 to 2012.
