Anna Nelson, MBA, CCUFC, CCM, serves as the Learning and Development Manager at Members Cooperative Credit Union since June 2018, where responsibilities include designing and implementing learning strategies, conducting workshops, and managing the Learning Management System. Previously, Anna held roles as a Corporate Trainer and Membership Development Coordinator at the same organization, focusing on employee training and financial education initiatives. In addition to credit union work, Anna is a public speaker addressing mental health awareness. Professional experience also includes roles as a Commercial Specialist at Hanlon and Associates and as an Administrative Assistant at a local insurance agency. Anna holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from The College of St. Scholastica and a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
