Jacob Henderson

Jacob Henderson has had a successful career in the tech industry. In 2021, they were appointed as the Chief Product Officer of Membersy. Prior to this, they were Co-Founder of LocalMed, a position they held since 2011. During their tenure, they set the operational and product strategy that grew the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from $0 to $10M. Jacob also set the Product Roadmap by identifying features to retain existing customers, attract new customers, and maintain their status as the leading online scheduling software in the dental industry. Jacob also collaborated with cross-functional team leads to ensure the product roadmap incorporated their team needs.

Jacob Henderson obtained their Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University in 2011. Jacob then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University in 2013, with a focus in Consulting Management and Global Entrepreneurship. In 2008, they obtained their Microsoft Certified Application Specialist certification from Microsoft. In 2014, they obtained their Certified HIPAA Administrator certification.
