Stella Yanakieva

Stella Yanakieva has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a Contributing Writer for Elite Daily. Stella then worked as a Contributing Writer for the Strathclyde Telegraph from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they had a summer internship as an Arts journalist (in training) at ROOSTERGNN Global News Network. Stella also contributed as a writer for The Tab in 2016. From 2017 to 2018, Stella worked as a Freelance Copywriter for Unbox-it and as a Content Writer for ROOSTERGNN Global News Network. Stella then served as a Marketing and Communications Intern at the British Council from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Copywriter for Dantek Ltd. and as an Editor & Social Media Producer for Global Group - Bulgaria for a short duration. Currently, Stella is working at Membr as the Head of Content, a position they have held since March 2022, and they also previously worked there as a Marketing & Communications Assistant from 2018 to February 2022.

Stella Yanakieva has a diverse education history. Stella completed their Bachelor's degree from the University of Strathclyde between 2012 and 2016, majoring in Journalism, Creative Writing, and Italian. In 2015 to 2016, they participated in an Erasmus Exchange Year at the Università degli Studi di Verona, focusing on Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs. Stella further pursued their education at the University of Glasgow from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Film & Television Studies.
