Scott Lenga

Scott Lenga serves as the General Counsel for MEMCYCO since August 2021, managing the company's legal affairs. Previously, Lenga provided outsourced general counsel services to SilkRoad Technology from 2003, overseeing the legal aspects of its global SAAS operations, while also supporting business development and sales teams across multiple regions. Other notable positions include General Counsel at MEMCO Partners, where affairs for worldwide operations were managed, and roles at Intresys, Bloq Inc., and OpTier Inc., where legal support spanned transactions, corporate finance, and strategic partnerships in technology sectors. Lenga's legal career began at Meitar Liquornik Geva & Co., representing emerging technology companies, after earning a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
