Amanda Fragnan

Amanda Fragnan serves as the Head de Legal & Policy and previously as Gerente de Legal & Policy at Memed since August 2021, focusing on strategic development of legal operations, contract negotiations, and compliance with labor legislation. Amanda also holds the position of Coordenadora do Grupo de Trabalho Jurídico at Saúde Digital Brasil since January 2025. Formerly, Amanda worked at iFood as a Senior Lawyer, providing legal support for contracts, mergers, and marketing, and previously practiced law at Sanofi and Johnson & Johnson, contributing to corporate compliance and marketing campaigns. Education includes a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Direito Sanitário from Faculdade de Saúde Pública da Universidade de São Paulo (2025-2026), a Pós-Graduação in Direito Empresarial from Insper (2018-2020), and a Bachelor in Direito from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas (2012-2016).
