Nicholas Asoli has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Nicholas is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Memento Mori Hospitality since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Hillstone Restaurant Group for several years, starting as an Assistant Culinary Manager in July 2013 and progressing to various managerial roles, including General Manager and Executive General Manager. Before joining Hillstone, Nicholas worked at Taverna Banfi as a Student Manager from August 2011 to May 2013 and as a Server from August 2010 to May 2011. Their earliest experience in the industry was as a Server at Trattoria Romana from May 2008 to July 2010.
Nicholas Asoli attended Cornell University from 2010 to 2013, where they studied Hospitality Administration/Management. In 2019, they obtained a certification as a ServSafe Manager from ServSafe Certified.
