Leonie Maurer started their work experience in 2013 as a Bachelor Thesis researcher at Harvard Medical School. Leonie then worked as a Student Research Assistant at Universität Konstanz from 2013 to 2016. Leonie also served as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at Sozialpädiatrisches Zentrum Konstanz from 2014 to 2016 while pursuing their Master's thesis at the University of Zurich from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they joined the University of Oxford as a Dphil Student in Clinical Neurosciences until 2019, when they became a Postdoctoral Researcher until 2021. Alongside their studies, they worked as a Psychology Tutor at the University of Georgia from 2017 to 2020. Leonie also volunteered at Oxfordshire Mind from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are the Head of Science at mementor GmbH, starting in October 2021. Additionally, they briefly served as a Visiting Researcher at Karolinska institutet in 2019.
