Sam Tyfield is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and financial regulation. Currently serving as a Partner at Memery Crystal since October 2024, Sam previously held the same position at Shoosmiths from January 2020 to October 2024. Prior to that, Sam was a Partner at Vedder Price, P.C. from January 2013 to January 2020 and at Katten Muchin Rosenman UK LLP from September 2008 to December 2012. Additional experience includes roles as COO and General Counsel at Automat Limited and as an Associate at Hogan & Hartson and White & Case. Sam began a legal career as a Trainee/Assistant at CMS Cameron McKenna. Academic credentials include an LLB with a 2:1 from Durham University, earned between 1993 and 1996.
