Steve Clinning

Steve Clinning is a seasoned banking and finance lawyer currently serving as a Partner in the Banking & Finance Team at Memery Crystal since August 2023. Prior to this role, Steve held multiple leadership positions at Howard Kennedy LLP from September 2000 to July 2023, including Head of Banking & Real Estate Finance, Head of Banking and Asset Finance, and Partner leading the Commercial Finance Group. Steve's expertise encompasses various aspects of banking and finance, particularly within the Transaction Finance Group, and includes a focus on healthcare financing and corporate acquisitions. Earlier professional experience includes a role as Securities Manager at KBC Bank NV and Customer Services Manager at Burton Group Financial Services. Steve Clinning obtained a CPE in Law from the College of Law, Guildford, and holds a BA (Hons) in Public Administration from Sheffield Hallam University.
