Carolina Klingstedt

Carolina Klingstedt is an experienced leader in business management and development, currently serving as Country Manager Sweden and Regional Manager Refractive SE at Memira Eyecenter since November 2022. Prior to this, Carolina held key roles at AniCura, including Commercial Manager and Regional Manager/CEO for AniCura Stockholm, where responsibilities included business development and P&L management. As CEO at Maxkompetens, Carolina oversaw staffing and recruitment services across six locations in Sweden. Carolina's earlier career included significant roles at Lernia, driving regional operations and strategic initiatives, as well as human resource management and consulting. Carolina began a professional journey at Liseberg AB, progressing through various management positions. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources & Economics from the University of Gothenburg and a Master of Rapid Growth from Ahrens University.
