Matthew Lloyd

Matthew Lloyd serves as General Counsel at Memjet Technology since January 2022, following a role as Associate Corporate Counsel at Taoglas, where responsibilities included managing legal matters related to IoT and RF solutions. Previously, Matthew co-founded and practiced as a partner at Sprinkle Lloyd & Licari LLP, providing legal services across various industries. Matthew's experience also includes serving as Corporate Counsel for OneRoof Energy, where contributions involved managing litigation and corporate financing. Early career roles encompassed civil litigation at D'Egidio Licari & Townsend, LLP, along with law clerk positions at Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, Chang & Diamond, APC, and a project intern at the World Trade Center San Diego. Matthew holds a Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and degrees in Finance and Spanish from the University of San Diego.
