Talent Acquisition Lead at Memo Bank

Clémence Morel began their career in 2014 as a Teacher at The King's School. In 2016, they joined the Alliance Française de Sydney as a Teacher, providing tailored lesson planning and class preparation and preparing current, authentic language and culture-related course materials. In 2017, they joined Mission Australia as a Talent Attraction Advisor for Victoria and Tasmania, and Hays as a Talent Resourcer for Banking and Human Resources. Clémence was responsible for recruiting temporary and permanent Human Resources and Banking candidates in the Sydney market across the private and public sector. In 2018, they joined Guardian Early Learning Group as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. In 2020, they became the Talent Acquisition Lead at Memo Bank, working on obtaining a banking license from the European Central Bank, constructing a secure technical infrastructure, and designing a range of modern products.

Clémence Morel obtained their Bachelor's degree in Modern Literature from Université Paris-Sorbonne in 2009-2010. Clémence then went on to obtain their Master 1 in Publishing from the same university in 2006-2009. Finally, they obtained their Master's degree in Teaching French as Foreign Language from Le Mans Université in 2015-2016.
