Emily Paynter

Emily Paynter, MPH, is an experienced public health professional currently serving as a Senior Strategist and Project Manager of Strategic Planning at CHI Memorial since December 2021. Prior to this role, Emily worked as an Epidemiologist for the Chattanooga Hamilton County Health Department Employees Fund from July 2021 to December 2021 and held various positions at Hamilton Medical Center from January 2019 to July 2021, including Manager of Analytics and Accreditation. Emily's experience spans multiple roles in public health, including leadership positions with the Georgia Department of Public Health and Prevent Child Abuse Georgia. Emily holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Georgia.
