Becky Douglas

Becky Douglas is system administrator of Perioperative Services at Memorial Health. In this role, she ensures that high-quality, safe, efficient, equitable and fiscally responsible surgical care is provided to the more than 20,000 patients MH serves each year.

Douglas began her career at Memorial in the public relations department in 2000 and has served in various roles across the organization, including in customer service, strategic planning, operations improvement and as the director of perioperative quality and support services.

Douglas earned a bachelor of arts degree in health services administration and a master of business administration degree, both from the University of Illinois at Springfield. She is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
