Janell Frontone

As system administrator, Strategy Execution, Janell Frontone is responsible for leading efforts to implement standardized best practices to ensure prioritization of strategic initiatives and projects and guiding Memorial Health’s ability to realize strategic outcomes. She previously served as system director, Integration and Project Management.

Frontone has more than 20 years of experience leading business transformation and driving integration in the banking, insurance and healthcare industries. She earned a bachelor of science degree in communications from the University of Illinois and a master of science degree in management and organization behavior from Benedictine University.
