Janet Wincko

Janet Wincko, MBA, PHR, currently serves as the Chief Learning Officer and Director of Human Resources at Memorial Healthcare System, where responsibilities include developing HR strategies and engagement initiatives for corporate departments while acting as the lead HR business partner to senior executives. Previously, at CITY Furniture, Janet held various senior roles, culminating in Senior Vice President of Human Resources/CHRO, contributing to employee engagement and retention while executing successful talent acquisition and learning strategies. Janet is an alumnus of Florida Atlantic University, holding an MBA and a BBA in Human Resources, and has furthered education through Cornell University and Broward College.
