Mark Greenspan

Mark Greenspan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in construction and facility management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction & Property Management at Memorial Healthcare System since January 2015, Mark oversees design and construction projects for one of the largest public health care systems in the U.S. Prior roles include Administrative Director at Miami Children's Hospital and Associate Director at Duke University Health System, where Mark successfully managed large-scale capital programs and facility operations. With a strong foundation in project execution from positions at Skanska USA and local government roles in Durham and Tamarac, Mark holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University, a Master of Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida.
