Jeffrey Ebin

Jeffrey Ebin, MD, is an Emergency Medicine Physician currently practicing at Memorial Hermann Health System since September 2025. As the Founder of Ebcore since January 2020, Jeffrey Ebin focuses on creating assistive technology for individuals with severe disabilities. As Cofounder and Project Manager at Communicationboard.io since January 2021, Jeffrey Ebin developed an Eye Gaze Communication Board compatible with iOS and Chrome. In addition, Jeffrey Ebin designed an Emergency Ventilator for Ocalink Technologies Inc to address COVID-19 challenges and serves on the Medical Board at Helpful Engineering, also working as a Medical Engineer for Air To All. Prior experience includes serving as an Emergency Medicine Physician at Lake Charles Memorial Health System and holding the position of Chief Resident in Emergency Medicine at the University of Houston, which has been ongoing since March 2020. Jeffrey Ebin's medical career began with service as a Combat Medic in the Israel Defense Forces from 2014 to 2016, followed by attending Ross University School of Medicine from 2015 to 2019. Education is currently being pursued at the University of Houston, specializing in Emergency Medicine.
