Nicole Bonanno, ACC, serves as the Director of Talent and Engagement at Memorial Hermann Health System since January 2024 and concurrently as a Leadership Coach and Change Management Consultant at Cultiv8 Transformation Consulting & Coaching since September 2023. Previous roles include Vice President of Learning and Development at MINT dentistry, where Nicole led the Learning & Development strategy and established foundational programs, and Sr. Director of Talent Management at Bell Flight, where efforts were directed towards enhancing DEI initiatives and managing talent strategies. Nicole's extensive experience encompasses talent management and organizational development, complemented by a robust educational background, including a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development from The University of Texas at Dallas and a graduate certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching.
