Cristy Dicklich-Cobb, FACHE, currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer and Director of Quality Improvement at Memorial Hospital of Converse County, with a track record of achieving compliance with all Conditions of Participation with the Wyoming State Department of Health since November 2012. Prior experience includes a tenure at Wyoming Medical Center from September 1999 to December 2010, where Cristy managed the Intensive Care Unit, collaborated with clinical staff for 24/7 care in various medical specialties, and served as Senior Manager for Emergency Department and Critical Care, successfully reducing STEMI Door-to-Balloon times and overseeing the expansion of the ED. Cristy also held the position of ICU Charge Nurse, leading teams in patient care across multiple specialties. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Nursing Education from Walden University, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from The University of New Mexico, and an Associate of Arts in Registered Nursing from Casper College.
