Tom Holt has diverse work experience in various fields. Tom has worked as the Director of Strategic Innovation at the Memorial Hospital of Converse County since 2016. Prior to that, they were an Adjunct Professor at Eastern Wyoming College starting in 2009. Tom also served as the Special Olympics Head Coach for Special Olympics Wyoming from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they worked as an Instructional Facilitator / Parent Liaison Leader at Converse County School Dist. #1 from 2014 to 2015. Before that, Tom held positions as Associate Principal / Activities Director at Douglas Middle School, and as an Elementary Physical Education Teacher at Converse County School District #1. Tom also worked as a Physical Education Teacher at Polk County School Board. Tom has expertise in strategic innovation, education, coaching, and program development.

Tom Holt completed their education in the field of education and physical fitness. Tom attended the University of Mary in 1995 and pursued studies in Health and Physical Education/Fitness. Afterward, they transferred to the University of Wyoming, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from 1996 to 2001. During the same period, they also earned a Master of Science degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the University of Wyoming. Later on, from 2002 to 2004, Tom attended the University of South Florida and obtained a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, specializing in general education.
