Julie Reyes, RN MSN, MBA has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Julie is currently serving as the Director of Education at Memorial Medical Center Las Cruces since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Cancer Care Navigator at MountainView Regional Medical Center from March 2020 to February 2023. Julie also served as the Regional Director of Operations at Sierra Healthcare from April 2019 to March 2020.
Between 2010 and 2019, Julie held important roles at MountainView Regional Medical Center, including Director of Education from August 2014 to March 2019, and Chief Quality Officer from July 2010 to August 2014. Additionally, Julie worked as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at New Mexico State University from January 2016 to January 2019.
Earlier in their career, Julie gained experience as a PLNC at Twigg Walters Gray, LLC from March 2009 to February 2018. Julie also served as a Clinical Education Specialist at Providence Medical Center in Kansas City, KS from 2007 to 2010, and as a Nurse Consultant at Delaware Highlands Assisted Living from 2006 to 2007. Julie worked as a QA Nurse/Interim Director of Nursing at Royal Terrace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in 2006, and as the Director of Nursing at Centers for Long Term Care from February to December 2005.
Julie Reyes, RN MSN, MBA, obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Missouri Western State University, where they studied from 1994 to 1999. Julie later pursued further education at the University of Mary, earning a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2009. In addition to their degrees, Julie obtained a certification as a CPI Instructor from the Crisis Prevention Institute in March 2014.
