Chad Lipske

Chad Lipske has extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning over 24 years. Since March 2009, Chad has held various positions at Tamarack Health Ashland Medical Center, including Human Resources Manager and Interim Human Resources Director, demonstrating a strong expertise in HR management and HRIS analysis. Prior to this role, Chad worked at McDonald's as an HR Hiring Manager/Floor Manager and Crew Chief, and also served as a Front Office Assistant at Northern Finnish Mutual Insurance. Chad's educational background includes an Associate’s Degree in Supervisory/HR Management, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, and additional certifications in Human Resources Management and Organizational Leadership from various University of Wisconsin institutions.
