Lynnette Siedschlaw

Lynnette Siedschlaw is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Memorial Regional Health since December 2022, where responsibilities include leading HR strategy, workforce planning, compliance, and talent development. In addition, Lynnette co-owns Kitchen a la More while managing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
