Erin McDonough

Erin McDonough is an accomplished executive in strategic communication and marketing, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing & Communication Officer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center since November 2021. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where Erin drove comprehensive strategic initiatives across internal communication, media relations, and marketing. Erin's extensive experience spans various leadership positions at New England Baptist Hospital, CareGroup, Olympus Healthcare Group, Vencor Hospital, and St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, particularly in transforming marketing capabilities and guiding strategic planning efforts. An alumnus of Harvard Business School and Northeastern University, Erin holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
