James Parasole

James Parasole is a seasoned professional in user experience (UX) design and development, serving as the Senior Director of UX at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center since July 2021. Previously, Parasole co-founded and served as a Board Member for Princeton Justice Initiative, an organization focused on providing civil legal aid and support to economically disadvantaged communities. With extensive experience at CVS Health, Parasole held several leadership roles, including Senior Director of UX Development & Accessibility, where a team of over 40 was managed to enhance digital accessibility. Additional experience includes key positions at Mercedes-Benz USA, Medco Health Solutions, Studio Protocol, and Ecko Unltd., showcasing a strong background in digital marketing, prototyping, and e-commerce management. Parasole holds a Master of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University at Buffalo.
