Prior to this, Kate worked as Regional Recruitment Manager for The Americas at Qatar Airways and held a Talent Acquisition Manager position at Chalhoub Group. Early career experiences include roles in graduate recruitment at Ernst & Young, Recruitment Manager at UKFast, and Business Development Executive at Pareto Law. Kate holds a BA Hons in Marketing Management from Northumbria University.
