Kyla Parekh

Kyla (Nemitz) Parekh is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center since June 2011, currently serving as Vice President of HR Operations. In this role, Kyla oversees HR technology, employee experience, people analytics, HR shared services, and HR operations. Previously, as Senior Director and Director of HR Operations, Kyla was responsible for enhancing employee experience and implementing strategic projects in talent acquisition and organizational design. Earlier in Kyla's career, roles included Director of Talent Acquisition Operations and Senior Recruiter at Mount Sinai Beth Israel, as well as National Recruitment Manager at Maxim Healthcare Services. Kyla holds a degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
