Marie Hoguet

Marie Hoguet currently serves as the Associate Director of Talent & Organization Development at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, a position held since January 2018, following roles as Senior Consultant and Consultant within the same field. Prior to this, Marie held various leadership positions at the NYC Department of Education from May 2012 to January 2018, including Director of Organizational Capacity & Effectiveness and Director of Operations & Talent Development. Marie began a career in organizational development with experience as a Project Manager and Project Consultant in earlier roles, complemented by a strong foundation in development and communications management. Marie's educational background includes a Master of Science in Organizational Change Management from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in History with Honors from Whitman College.
