Yuyan Su is an experienced professional in HR technology and instructional design, currently serving as the Associate Director of HR Technology Management at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center since July 2016. In this role, Yuyan Su oversees learning and talent technology implementations and enhances digital employee experiences. Prior to this, Yuyan Su held positions as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in Learning Strategy and Design, where responsibilities included transforming training programs and managing regulatory learning initiatives. Previous experience at the University of Phoenix involved leading curriculum development and designing over 200 courses. With a foundational background in software engineering and a PhD in Educational Technology from Arizona State University, Yuyan Su combines technical expertise with a strong focus on learning and development strategies.
