Colleen O'Connor

Colleen O'Connor has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within the nonprofit and healthcare sectors. Colleen currently serves as the Executive Director of Philanthropy for the Saddleback Medical Center Foundation at MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Major Gifts and Development Officer at the same organization. Colleen has also held positions as the Development Associate at MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center Foundation. Before joining the healthcare industry, Colleen worked as a Special Events Manager at Providence and a Development Specialist at Venture Strategies Innovations. Colleen also gained experience in development and consulting roles at City Year and the Ohio Charter School Association. Colleen started their career as a Team Leader at City Year Boston and later became the International Development Manager. Colleen began their career as a Case Manager at West Suburban Elderly Services.
