Jessica Ayala, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Advocate & Community Outreach professional at MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center since September 2021. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of Patient Advocate at Hoag Medical Group from May 2020 to September 2021 and worked as an Account Manager at Review Wave between November 2019 and May 2020. Jessica's career began at the University of Utah Health, where Jessica excelled as a Patient Relations Specialist Lead from April 2017 to August 2019. Jessica earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business, and holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Health Care Administration from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
