Charlotte Xiaou Wu

Charlotte Xiaou Wu is an experienced UX Research professional currently serving as a UX Research Bootcamp Teacher at Memorisely since August 2022, where Charlotte facilitates 8-week bootcamps that educate designers and career-switchers on UX Research methods and principles. Previously, Charlotte held the position of Senior UX Researcher at Gumtree.com from May 2023 to November 2024, contributing to user-centered product development through generative and evaluative research projects. Other notable roles include User Experience Researcher at VMLY&R, Research and Development Lead at Geekulcha, and Senior Research Consultant at Rocket Science UK Ltd. Charlotte has a robust academic background with degrees from the University of Cambridge and King's College London, including a Ph.D. in Digital/Global Health Humanities.
