Duygu Aynur

Duygu Aynur has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2005, they worked at Alcon Labs as a Product Manager and later as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist. In 2012, they became an Entrepreneur at b-fit, a women's sports and lifestyle center, and also worked as a Professional Coach at ID Coaching International, providing consulting and coaching services to individuals and corporate companies. From 2016 to 2018, Duygu founded and led isinisev.com, an experience sharing and guidance platform for role models. In 2018, they joined Istanbul Kultur Universitesi as an Assistant Lecturer before moving on to co-found Carbon Mobility in 2018. Duygu then served as Chief Product Officer at C-Level from 2019 to 2020 before taking on a role as a Product and Customer Success Manager at Comodif from 2020 to 2020. Most recently, Duygu worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Fark Labs from 2020 to 2022 and has currently assumed the position of CEO at Motive since 2022.

Duygu Aynur attended Middle East Technical University from 2000 to 2005, where they studied Chemistry. Duygu later pursued an MBA from Galatasaray University from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Life Coaching, NLP Coaching, and Professional Coaching from LIVCON Türkiye.
