Johnny Jeffords is the current Director of the Center for Pastoral Wholeness & Chaplaincy Studies at Memphis Theological Seminary. Johnny has also worked as a Human Resources Consultant for Shelby County Schools, an adjunct professor at Memphis Theological Seminary, and the Interim Executive Director for Literacy Mid-South. In addition, they have also worked as a consultant for Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare and as a COVID Response Team Contact Tracer for Shelby County Government. Johnny is also a freelance video editor and has been the Lead Pastor at St. Johns United Methodist Church since 2014.

Johnny Jeffords has a DMin from Wesley Theological Seminary, an MDiv from Vanderbilt University, and a BA in Philosophy (with a minor in Sociology) from Memphis State University. Johnny also has certification from the Experiential Healing Center in SomEx SM, Coursera in COVID-19 Contact Tracing, and Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) in EQi 2.0 and EQ 360 Psychological Assessment Certification.

Their manager is Jody Hill, President. They work with Kim Travers - Receptionist, Karren D. Todd - Program Director, The House of Black Church Studies, and Cassandra Price Perry - Vice President of Operations/CFO.
