Yujia Shi

Yujia Shi began their work experience in 2017 as the Team Leader of the Chinese Primary Confucius Classroom at Bangkok Christian College. Yujia then moved on to Thai Christian School in 2020, where they worked as a Secondary Mandarin Teacher until 2022. In 2022, they joined Ascot International School as a PYP IB Teacher until 2023. Currently, Yujia Shi is the Global Business Development Officer at WIN Education, where they are responsible for building a network of agents and supporting enrollments at the Bangkok Sixth Form College. Yujia also plays a role in expanding Westminster International Group in the East Asia and SEA markets, and producing marketing materials in English and Chinese.

Yujia Shi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Huaqiao University, which they obtained between 2013 and 2017. In 2017, they pursued a non-degree program in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language at Xiamen University. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Eastern Language at Kasetsart University, starting in 2021 and expected to finish in 2022.

In terms of certifications, Yujia has obtained the following: "Keeping Children Safe Online-NSPCC" from NSPCC in November 2021, "Learning to teach online from UNSW" from Coursera Course Certificates in February 2021, "Qualified Chinese Volunteer Teacher" from Confucius Institute Headquarters in April 2017, "Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Language" from Hanban Confucius Institute in August 2021, "Google Certified Educator Level 1" from Google in February 2023, "UK agent and counsellor training" from the British Council in May 2023. Additionally, Yujia has a "Test for English Majors-8" certification, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
