Lauren Strathman

Lauren Strathman has a strong background in compliance and management roles. Lauren is currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at MEMX since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at MEMX as a Compliance Officer from October 2019 to December 2021. Before joining MEMX, Lauren worked at Cboe Global Markets as a Sr. Compliance Specialist from May 2017 to September 2019. Lauren also has experience as a Compliance Assistant at Bats Global Markets, Inc. from November 2015 to May 2017. Lauren started their career at the American Academy of Family Physicians as a CME Product Line Specialist from August 2014 to November 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Medical Practice Manager at Erickson Living from April 2008 to August 2014.

Lauren Strathman received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Kansas State University. Lauren completed their studies at the university from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their academic background, they also obtained several certifications in the financial industry. Lauren acquired the Series 24 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in January 2017, the Series 63 certification in June 2016, and the Series 7 certification in March 2016.
