Randy Foster has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Randy began their career as a Supervisor/Prep Cook at Cactus Club Cafe in 2006 and worked there until 2010. In 2010, Randy worked as an Eaves Trough Installer at Walkabout Enterprises Ltd for a year. Randy then returned to Walkabout Enterprises Ltd in 2013 as a Safety Supervisor/Administration, responsible for maintaining and enforcing a certified safety program. In 2015, Randy joined Men In Kilts as a Business Development & Project Estimating professional, handling prospect and client needs and providing quotes for window, gutter, and carpet cleaning projects.

Randy Foster has a diverse education history. In 2012 and 2013, they attended ACSA and obtained training in Alberta Peer Health & Safety Auditor, LSE, WHMIS, and Principles for Health & Safety Management. During the same time period, Randy also received certificates from Ctc training canada in Computer training levels 1, 2, and 3, as well as Auto CADD. Additionally, they completed a Certificate in Petroleum Land Administration from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). In December 2013, Randy obtained a further certification in Petroleum Land Administration from SAIT Polytechnic.
