Abeer Abu Ghaith

Abeer Abu Ghaith has a diverse and impactful work experience in various organizations. In 2019, they worked as a Startup Tech Team Cultivation Consultant. From 2015, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of MENA Alliances, a global social impact tech company dedicated to delivering digital solutions and products. Abeer also worked as a Program Officer at ActionAid from 2016 to 2017. Abeer was the Founder and CEO of StayLinked, a successful social impact tech model that connected skilled Palestinian talents with job opportunities in conflict zones. Abeer played a significant role in establishing the Career Guidance Unit at Palestine Polytechnic University and served as a Career Guidance Supervisor from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they held the position of Palestine Country Manager at Women's Campaign International, contributing to the advancement of women's leadership in the MENA region. Abeer's expertise in entrepreneurship and women's empowerment is evident through their roles as Hub Manager and Project Coordinator at BWF Business Women Forum-Palestine. Abeer also worked as a Trainer, Career Counselor, and Project Coordinator at Sharek Youth Forum in 2012. Prior to that, Abeer worked as a Computer Network Instructor at Palestine Polytechnic University in 2009. Currently, they have been selected as a member of the 2022-2023 International Women's Forum Leadership Fellows class and is engaged in a legacy project to scale the social impact of MENA Alliances.

Abeer Abu Ghaith's education history includes obtaining a Bachelors's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Palestine Polytechnic University, starting in 2002 and completing in 2007. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Innovation with Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from the University of London, starting in 2017 and completing in 2018.

In terms of executive leadership programs, Abeer attended the Executive Leadership Program in Transformational Leadership at Harvard Business School, starting in 2023. Abeer also participated in the Executive Leadership Program in Cross-Cultural Leadership at INSEAD in the same year. Abeer has additional certifications, including the IWF - INSEAD Cross-cultural Leadership Program from INSEAD Executive Education, obtained in July 2023, and the IWF Transformative Leadership Program from Harvard Business School Executive Education, obtained in June 2023.

Abeer's other certifications include the INSEAD Cross-Cultural Leadership Program obtained from INSEAD in March 2023. Abeer was also a Fellow of Global Charity Intersticia UK, obtained in January 2022 from Intersticia. Notably, Abeer completed The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women-U.S. Department of State Entrepreneurship Program for Women in the Middle East and North Africa from Harvard Kennedy School in March 2016. Abeer also obtained the Tamheed Career Advisor certification from Silatech in February 2014 and the Mentoring Women in Business Alumni Certification from the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women in October 2012.
