Peter Stubbs

Peter Stubbs serves as the Director of HSE & Sustainability at Majid Al Futtaim since March 2020, leading the Sustainability and Safety functions within the MAF Entertainment OpCo, and managing the implementation of the "Dare Today, Change Tomorrow" strategy. In addition to this role, Peter holds the position of Chair for the MENALAC Leisure Industry Safety & Sustainability Committee, promoting HSE best practices across the MENA region. Prior experience includes serving as the Group Director of HSE & Compliance at Jumeirah Group, where Peter developed a comprehensive sustainability strategy, and previously at Compass Group, overseeing HSE initiatives across multiple business sectors. Peter's extensive background also features roles at Palmer and Harvey and Crewe & Nantwich BC, alongside educational qualifications including an MSc in Occupational Health from the University of Birmingham and a BSc in Environmental Health from The University of Salford.
