Hazell Soon is an experienced professional in regulatory affairs and quality management, currently serving as the Regional Regulatory Affairs Manager at Menarini Asia-Pacific since December 2021, overseeing a team focused on Derma Aesthetics and Consumer Healthcare across 13 Asia Pacific countries. As a co-founder of Bake Mama, Hazell excels in logistics and production while also showcasing skills in cake decoration. Previous roles include Regulatory Affairs and Quality Manager at Schülke & Mayr, Clinical, QA, and Regulatory Affairs at SIIX-AGT MedTech Pte Ltd, Clinical and Training Manager at Biobot Surgical Pte Ltd, and Application and Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Dornier MedTech. Hazell began a career in process and product development at Biosensors International Pte Ltd after completing a Master’s Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical (Biomedical Engineering) from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
