Lisa Trepanier

Lisa Trepanier, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Global HR Services and Global Total Rewards Leader at Menasha Corporation since May 2023. Prior to this role, Lisa was the Director of Total Rewards and HRIS at Grande Cheese Company from September 2021 to May 2023. Lisa’s extensive experience in human resources includes serving as Human Resources Director at Fox World Travel from December 2016 to August 2021 and holding various roles at Bemis Company, Inc. including Director of Benefits, Director of Global Mobility & HR Administration, Human Resources Manager, and Global Mobility Manager from October 2000 to December 2016. Lisa began a career in HR as an HR Consultant at SEEK Careers/Staffing from June 1999 to October 2000. Lisa earned a BBA in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in May 1999.
