Gary Shadick

Gary Shadick has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Gary started their career at Appleton (Papers Inc.) in 1982 as a Research Chemist and went on to work as a Quality Engineer/Supervisor and Manufacturing Manager. Gary was responsible for implementing capital expansions and introducing innovative work systems. In 1995, they became an Operations Manager at Appleton Coated LLC and led the successful start-up of a state-of-the-art coating and finishing operation. Later, they joined Appleton as a Procurement Specialist and held several positions including Corporate Procurement Director and Process Improvement Director. In 2011, they became an Operations Manager at SCA Americas and focused on manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement. Currently, they are working at Menasha Packaging as the Senior Director of Regulatory Compliance and Quality, where they are responsible for leading quality assurance strategy and implementing certifications.

Gary Shadick earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point between 1978 and 1982.
