Mary Ann Qira

Mary Ann Qira, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Mary Ann is currently the Director of Human Resources at Menasha Packaging, a position they have held since November 2023. Prior to this, Mary Ann held the positions of Senior Manager and Manager of Human Resources Business Partner at the same company, from December 2018 to November 2023 and from September 2015 to December 2018 respectively.

Before joining Menasha Packaging, Mary Ann served as the Director of Human Resources at Ashley Stewart from October 2014 to April 2015. Mary Ann also held the role of Corporate Human Resources Manager at The Vitamin Shoppe from September 2006 to August 2014.

Earlier in their career, Mary Ann worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at BD from June 2005 to September 2006, and as a Compensation Survey Manager at Watson Wyatt from July 1997 to January 2003. Mary Ann began their career at Toys R Us, where they worked as a Recruiting Manager and Relocation Coordinator from May 1992 to July 1997.

Mary Ann Qira, SHRM-SCP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing and Management from Montclair State University. In addition, they have earned certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from SHRM in 2021 and as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork in 2002.
