Mason Marrin

Mason Marrin currently serves as Plant Area Manager at Menasha Packaging since September 2025, following a role as Production Manager at Daktronics where responsibilities included overseeing daily manufacturing operations and managing a team of approximately 120 personnel. Prior to Daktronics, Mason held various positions in the United States Air Force over nearly twelve years, including Section Manager and Maintenance Crew Supervisor, developing extensive leadership and technical skills in aircraft maintenance. Mason's experience also includes a brief tenure as Finishing Specialist at Alpha Graphics, Inc. Academically, Mason holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Sioux Falls and a BA in Business Administration from The University of Arizona Global Campus, in addition to two associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force.
