Rusty Kelly has been working in the insurance industry since November 2000. Currently serving as the Property Damage Subrogation Manager at Mendota Insurance, Rusty is licensed in the state of Texas and has experience settling claims in multiple states. Prior to this role, Rusty was a Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster at Allstate Insurance Company, where they handled multiple injury claims and fatalities, researching, resolving, and settling complex claims within approved limits. Rusty is also a USMC honorably discharged veteran and holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Western Illinois University with a focus on Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
