Eric Hodenpel

Eric Hodenpel is an experienced finance and accounting professional with a robust background spanning nearly two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Human Resources at Mendoza Group, Inc. since March 2025, Eric previously held the role of Vice President of Accounting at MacDougall from November 2015 to May 2024. Prior experience includes a position as an Associate - Project Accountant at Gensler from May 2012 to November 2015 and as a Project Accounting Supervisor and Staff Accountant at Continuum from August 2006 to May 2012. Eric holds a degree in Accounting Information Systems and Accounting from Bentley University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
